Koulutustukku is the hub for Nordic Competence Group’s qualification training
At Koulutustukku, you can easily and affordably find a diverse selection of occupational safety and first aid training, training related to the safe use of various machines, equipment, and tools, training related to the handling and transport of dangerous goods, and training that develops environmental safety.
Our online training is available regardless of location, and in addition, we conduct open and company-specific training in numerous locations across Finland, and company-specific training abroad as well.
We offer training at various levels, from basics to demanding expert-level training, as well as developing the safety thinking of supervisors and corporate management. Our customers include both corporate clients and private individuals.

First aid training
Only a small portion of Finland’s first aid training providers are 
ARVOkumppani® (Value Partners) of the Red Cross first aid training programs
In our first aid training offering, you will find all certified first aid courses according to the Red Cross first aid training programs:
- SPR Emergency First Aid Course 4 h® and SPR Emergency First Aid Course 8 h®: basic courses in first aid skills
- SPR First Aid Course EA 1® (16 h): A more extensive first aid course with more practice, especially for higher-risk workplaces and tasks
- SPR First Aid Course EA 2® (8 h): a course that deepens first aid skills and preparedness
Our offering includes first aid training in all its delivery formats: classroom training, online training, webinar, and blended learning.
Did you know that you can also learn first aid skills online, and after independent online training, you receive the same qualification as with other delivery methods. Online training is best suited for refreshing first aid skills and for low-risk workplaces and tasks.

Lifting training
Our training related to lifting safety provides the participant with basic competence for the safe use of various tools and machines.
Before granting a permit for use, the employer must ensure that the employee has sufficient ability and skill to safely use the equipment covered by the permit.

Forklift and aerial work platform training
The operator of a forklift and an aerial work platform must have a written permit issued by the employer for their use. The employer must ensure before granting the driving permit that the operator has sufficient abilities and skills for the safe handling and driving of the equipment.
