If you find the same product cheaper elsewhere, we will match the price.

The price guarantee applies only to products whose product pages mention “Hintatakuu”.

The price guarantee is valid for up to 24 hours from the date of purchase. If you notice within 24 hours of your purchase that you could have obtained the same product more affordably elsewhere, we will refund you the difference in cash or as store credit for the online shop. You can use store credit to order another service. Any discounts or other offers applied to the original purchase will be deducted from the product’s regular price when store credit is refunded.

The price guarantee is a one-time additional benefit. The price guarantee can only be used once per customer. In exceptional cases, we may grant the same customer multiple price guarantees, but please arrange this separately with our customer service.

The price guarantee does not apply to custom group training.

If you find the product cheaper elsewhere, please proceed as follows:

Include in your message:
- that this is a price guarantee claim
- order number
- full name of the person who placed the order
- the product you purchased that the price guarantee claim concerns
- a screenshot or link to the cheaper equivalent product (please also note any additional costs for the cheaper product).
