The satisfaction guarantee applies only to products whose product pages mention “Satisfaction Guarantee”.<\/p>\n
The satisfaction guarantee provides the added benefit of allowing you to evaluate the training service while completing it. The satisfaction guarantee is valid for up to one week from the date of purchase. If you find during the course that you are not satisfied with the quality of the training, you may discontinue the training, use our satisfaction guarantee, and receive a refund of the purchase price or store credit for our online shop. You can use store credit to order another service. Any discounts or other offers applied to the original purchase will be deducted from the product’s regular price when store credit is issued. <\/p>\n
The satisfaction guarantee is a one-time benefit. The satisfaction guarantee may be used as a reason for refund only once per customer. In exceptional cases, we may grant the same customer multiple satisfaction guarantees, but please arrange this separately with our customer service. <\/p>\n
The satisfaction guarantee expires if you complete the training in its entirety, i.e., if you have obtained a qualification from completing the training. The satisfaction guarantee also does not apply to group-specific custom training orders. <\/p>\n
